The bitter-sour rosehip, the tasty pumpkin, the sun-drenched grape and the juicy plum are perfect matches for game dishes. Our chef, Attila Borda, surprises us with special treats day by day on our table. It is worth tasting the delicious bites and the young, fresh wines of this year recommended to them - an easy Pinot Noir or an Irsai Olivér.
Our dessert offer with the taste of fall:
Pour the flour into a large bowl. Put the yeast into the warm milk sweetened with sugar, then pour it into the flour and stir it. Add the egg, the salt and the butter and knead it all together until you get a homogeneous mass. Cover the dough and let it rise for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes twist the dough and place it on a buttered and floured sheet.
Sprinkle the plums with sugar and cinnamon and put them on the dough set on the edge. Put the plums close to each other, so the heat and the sugar make it very delicious and crispy.
