In the frame of the support programme, coordinated by the National Tourism Commission, the Spirit Hotel has awarded the Tourism Quality Prize. During the evaluation the high quality level of the hotel’s services, of the qualified personnel, the business policy and of the guest assistance have been emphasized.
By the HOTREC (an umbrella organization for 39 associations from 24 European countries) accredited the prize that can be won yearly means a serious professional prestige. It is a guarantee that the hotel meets the requirements in its category.
Before the decision of the special selection committee a self-control list with 750 points will be considered. Due to the experiences of anonym examinations and a consultation with the hotel management makes the evaluating commission a suggestion, who should win the prize.
The Hungarian Tourism Quality Prize is a system that needs a constant development work of quality. It means also a fulfilment of the always renewing requirements.
The title is valid for 3 years. After the 3 years it can be contended for again, but also withdrew, if during the controls it was justified.
