József Toldi, the cook of the Spirit, won a silver medal in this year’s world competition held in Luxemburg. The student of our award-winning chef, Bálint Farkas, won this remarkable prize in the individual category of traditional five- and three-course vegetarian menus.
The competion was organised for cooks and confectioners according very strict rules. The competitors and teams have only a few hours to prepare the dishes, than they have to leave the tables. The cooks can measure their knowledge and make their masterpieces in two categories, while the jury dots them according to four view-points.
