The hotel is the best 5 star hotel in Hungary!!! The interior and the design is fantastic! The rooms are large and superb! Breakfast is so delicious and had huge selection of breakfast meals, retaurant is also beautiful! Staff is always nice and helpful! And the pools and the saunas.... oh my God... like in the heaven... Yes, it expensice but if you wanna go for relaxing the best pleace is the Spirit!

Amazing thermal spa,a lot of inside and outside pools,a taste of luxury ... Viena is not far,one hour to drive,so you can visit the great town,full of history. The 5 stars hotel is a lovely place,with special design.

The modern hotel has probably the best spa in Hungary. The sauna world offers a great variety, the swimmingpools are very clean, the thermal water pool has indoor and outdoor options for relaxation. Unlike some reviewers we believed the food variety was great both for breakfast and dinner. I didnt miss a la carte options at all. The restaurant staff was unbelivably helpful and kind to us. But it is true the entire staff lacks English speakers. All the treatments we tried were of high quality, the therapists were all professionals. The only unprofessionals in the hotel were the receptionist both in the spa and behind the main desk. But even they couldnt ruin our stay. We would definately return for another spa stay.

So, we went to the Spirit Hotel for the second time this year, this time for 2 nights. Our son was 3 the first time we went there and he has been talkng about it since, so we had to go back. My wife has made me swear that next time we have to stay at least 3 nights, if not four. And for those with a young family, staying at this hotel is really the perfect vacation. Amazing collection of pools, including ones where children are allowed. And just through a sliding door a blissful adult zone of pools and spas so parents can take turns... There is also a children's daycare etc. if you choose although we were happy to be doing the switcheroo... Also, the children just got into the whole spa thing and were enjoying the relaxation themselves... The hotel has the most beautiful, cleanest, glass enclosed full length swimming pool I have seen in my life... Outdoor areas, indoor areas. Hotel is nestled in an aboretum for great walking, collecting frogs etc. Across the street is the city spa with amazing water slides, play areas with nice warm water... Horse riding next door as well. And a castle downtown (walking/biking distance) with a great restaurant next door. Nice shopping area etc..... On the serious spa side of things there is a wonderful doctor on staff who speaks excellent English to help advise on treatments and so on.... Sure the food is buffet so don't expect cordon bleu quality - but I would say it is the best, most complet buffet imaginable... The decor is quite nice and especially love the pristine glass walls onto the trees of the arboretum in the dining room. I found almost all staff very helpful - so different experience than some of the other comments. The ultimate compliment was that despite all the other great places we had booked, I could barely drag my wife into the car to move on to our next spot.... It really is that good....

Our stay on Spirit Hotel made our souls completely relax. If we wanted, we could find us some water to relax in, we could reserve massages, relax in the loung's huge sofas or even go work out in the gym. There simply was so many activities to choose between, and then at night, we could go eat in the restaurant and expect a wonderful service. And the food is amazing too. There is so many options, and it is so varied. Even if you are allergic to something the chefs still make you fantastic food. We are looking forward to our next stay at Spirit Hotel. - Because there will definitely be a next stay!

I was there for a wedding ceremony for one night. AWESOME,AWESOME,AWESOME..I definitely recommend this hotel for everybody. I stayed in various 5 star hotels wordwide -including NYC,Hong Kong, Londdon but this is the number one!! Staff is very helpful, I have never experienced this kindness in Hungary.

It was a very pleasant weekent spent in this hotel. Everything was fabulous. I was impressed by the huge number of indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the SPA facilities which are at the same level with the famous ones from the southeast of Austria.

We spent in this hotel only 3 days. We really enjoyed or room - with roud bed, the breakfast, the dinner, the pools, the pool bar, the saunas, and the piano.... So everithing was good. Our room was big, well-furnished, and comfortable. The dinner was excellent althogh the waiters are not well-trained. That's a pity that the hotel is so far from every interesting lions of Sárvár.

Our stay in Spirit Hotel was a truly amazing experience. We have never experienced anything like that before. The two most memorible events: 1. FOOD - great food! 2. Procedures - massage, hamam. You have to try it, it's hard to describe. Kristina

We spend a week in Spirit Hotel, and it was our first time there. It is a very good hotel, and you can surely take it a 5 star. The room was good (two was connected to each other) and clean (except shower a bit) and it was quite big. The food was excellent and the staffis very friendly. You could ask for anything they helped. It was as good for the baby as the teens - lots of pools, bowling, biliard, snack bar, tenis court, etc. The only problem was the lawn mover at early morning (8 o'clock) :(

We had a great relaxing weekend in that hotel. Rooms: very nice.. order one with round bed!! balcony was bit small but we had the last room before the elevator tower..so bad luck for us... The pools are great because there are very different pools for any purpose. from hot to cool, from outside to inside, from special spa water to normal, from bubble to simple... Everyone finds his preferred pool Spa: We had Hammam, this was great! Try this, very professional done Guests: interesting mixture of older and younger couples , some family with kids, some Hungarians, some Austrian... but no group dominant Restaurant: evening restaurant was buffet.. OK but not very 5* like Service: good, but not 5* Price/Value: not the most compelling reason to go there.. For Hungarian niveau quite expensive, but competes with Austrian spa hotels across the border.. so market decides ;-)

Wonderful and attentive service, really nice room, impressive spa/pool areas and loved the beds around the indoor pools. Perfect if you want to disconnect and relax. The only "slight" disappointment was the restaurant. We had one night with a five-course menu and one night with the buffet and although we found nothing to complain about, compared to the perfection of the rest of the place, it doesn't really meet expectations. We pretty much tried every 4-5* hotels in Hungary (and quite a few abroad as well) but so far this was the best. The atmosphere and design of the hotel is perfect. Staff is very polite and helpful. For instance: I had no problem getting salads in the restaurant although it was not on the menu, the sauna attendant "Pista" provided us free home made skincare products. The spa area is huge compared to every other wellness hotel I've been to. Small things that did not deliver: The restaurant: the quality of the food was good but compared to the other services of the hotel it kind of fell short. The elevators in the lobby: for some reason they start really realy slow and have an oily smell. Overall one of the most pleasant stays I ever had in a hotel. Never really thought of going back to any hotel, but this time I will make an exception. More info

Me and my husband had been planning to visit the Spirit Hotel since the long awaited opening in March. We enjoyed our 2 day stay however we experienced some annoying matters. In spite of these disturbing issues Spirit Hotel has a place among the TOP5 Spa Hotel in Hungary. Needless to say we had overwhelming expectation. Starting with the good ones: + the hotel is such nice and impressive as on the catalog pics + spacious and well furnished rooms, nice bathroom + comfortable bed (standard room with classic bed) + ample food choice at the breakfast and at the dinner + massage highly recommended it really worth its price + huge wellness part with a lot of pools, many types of sauna + high quality fitness equipment, not too big but enough + gorgeous park with lake and the flops: - too crowded in the weekend time, especially the wellness area, race for the "sun-beds" in the morning, late comers are just spinning and spinning around - some of the guest aren't aware of the sauna rules - expensive minibar in the room and pricy drinks + Due to the crowded time the hotel management offered a late check out to compensate the inconveniences + All in all a recommendable Spa hotel if you can afford go in weekdays. Are you looking for a Hotel with spacious rooms, excellent food and service, fantastic spa and sauna area, beauty and health treatment and a lovely surrounding area with park and 7 lakes? If so, this is the place to go. We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and didn't find anything to complain about. The hotel, which is very modern is also very comfortable. The staff exceptionally friendly and always willing to help you find your way around. We had a buffet each evening and were never served the same dish twice. There was always a different variety of meats and venison and one fish main course to choose from. The chef also grilled 2 types of meats each evening. The appetizers were also varied and the cheese selection was a dream. Something for everybody. The Spa and wellness area is out of this world. Lots of hot spring pools with varying water temperatures, jaccuzzis, whirlpools, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and really comfortable beds to relax on. The Sauna and wellness area are set apart and I have never been so pampered in a Sauna before. Granted there weren't many people but the sauna staff brought us beakers of water and made sure that everything was to our needs. Really enjoyed the honey and sugar sauna and the infra red cabin. If you want to go out for a walk there is a huge park and lakes just outside the door. Also a riding stable with quality horses which my husband would recommend to any rider. All in all a great relaxing break.

It is a great place to be cared for and really relax, even after three days we felt as good as new. They really care for you, the wellness part is incredibel, I cant imagine something better. The treatments; I had massage, hamam and beauty treatment, wher worth every cent. Food is good, and the interior style of the hotel is very extrvagant but therfor funny and interessting.
